Job description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations across multiple clinic locations in New York. This role blends hands‑on clinical care with strategic leadership, offering a unique opportunity to make a direct impact on patient outcomes and team development in a concierge healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain a 40‑hour work week, including:
16 hours of direct clinical care
24 hours of administrative leadership
Provide oversight, coaching, and mentorship to Registered Nurses across regional clinics
Deliver high‑touch concierge emergency medical care, including:
IV access
Medication administration
EKGs
Develop and manage monthly nursing schedules to ensure optimal staffing and budget adherence
Oversee medical inventory (medications and vaccines), including quarterly counts
Collaborate with Medical Directors on quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Licensure: Active New York Registered Nurse (RN) license
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of Emergency Medicine nursing experience
At least 2 years in a clinical leadership role
Current ACLS and PALS certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree in Nursing or related field
Experience with EMR systems (AthenaHealth preferred)
Proficiency with tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams
Experience working in a startup or high‑growth ("category creator") environment
Soft Skills / Attributes
Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, evolving startup environment with flexibility across multiple clinic sites
Service‑Oriented: Ability to deliver empathetic, high‑professionalism care to high‑profile concierge clientele
Problem‑Solving: Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to identify gaps and improve operational efficiency
Full‑time (40 hours/week), primarily Monday–Friday
Flexibility required for emergent situations
Travel between multiple clinic locations in New York
Clinic shifts range from 8 to 12 hours depending on location
Requires travel between clinics in Manhattan (Upper East Side, Hudson Yards, Tribeca, Fifth Avenue) and quarterly travel to The Hamptons
