Job description
Windham Hospital, part of Hartford HealthCare, seeks a Regional Nurse Supervisor to lead nursing teams across designated units. This role oversees daily operations, staffing, and quality of care, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and regulatory requirements. The supervisor will mentor nurses, coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and drive patient safety and experience initiatives.
