Job description
Kaiser Permanente Northwest in Oregon and SW Washington seeks a Regional Director of Nursing Professional Practice, Research, and Innovation to provide strategic leadership for nursing practice, governance, research, and innovation across hospitals, ambulatory settings, and care continuum services.
The role partners with senior leaders to advance nursing excellence, improve patient and workforce outcomes, foster inquiry, and drive evidence-based practice and Magnet redesignation initiatives.
