Job description
H&R Block seeks an Area Experience Leader to supervise 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, align staffing and operations, and drive revenue and performance across offices.
You will balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, traveling as needed to maintain in-person presence, while implementing new client-experience processes and ensuring compliance and readiness across all locations.
