Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience across locations. You’ll set expectations for consultative service, execution, team performance, and business results.
As a visible, hands-on leader, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing and operations, ensure compliance, and travel between offices to maintain in-person presence and standards.
