H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 offices, ensuring a consistent, high‑quality client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations, and drive performance across locations.
You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on presence, guiding staffing, operations, and compliance while traveling between offices to maintain in-person leadership and align priorities for growth and client outcomes.
