Job description
H&R Block in Colorado Springs is seeking a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 offices and ensure a consistently high‑quality client experience across locations. You will set expectations for consultative service, execution, and business results while maintaining an in‑office presence to coach performance.
You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, drive staff readiness, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, and own revenue and growth across offices.
