Job description
H&R Block seeks an experienced Area Experience Leader to manage a portfolio of 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent consultative client experience and strong operational execution. You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coaching teams and aligning priorities across locations.
As a visible, hands-on leader, you will drive performance, staffing, and compliance, while owning revenue growth and client outcomes across your offices. Occasional travel is required.
