Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will set expectations for consultative service, align teams, and drive business results with disciplined execution.
This hands-on leader will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, ensure office readiness, manage staffing and compliance, travel between locations, and deliver a consistently excellent client experience across all offices.
