Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices in the Portland area. You’ll ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience, set expectations for service delivery, and drive operational excellence and business results.
You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, model client-centric leadership, manage staffing and compliance, and maintain readiness across offices to deliver for clients.
