H&R Block, Inc. is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices in Oregon.
You will lead Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, set expectations for consultative service, and ensure operational excellence across offices, including staffing, facilities, and compliance. This hands-on leader balances strategic oversight with in-office presence to deliver a consistently excellent client experience.
