Job description
H&R Block is seeking a Multi-Office Leader (Area Experience Leader) to oversee 4–6 retail offices, ensuring a consistent, high-quality client experience. You will coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, manage staffing, facilities, and compliance, and align priorities to achieve business results.
You’ll be a hands-on leader, traveling between locations, coaching teams, and driving operational excellence to deliver exceptional service and growth across the portfolio.
