H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee 4-6 offices, ensuring a consistent, consultative client experience and strong operational execution. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, balance strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, and drive business results across offices.
In this role, you’ll own staffing, facilities, compliance, and day-to-day operations while building high-performing teams and supporting client outcomes across locations.
