Job description
H&R Block is seeking an Area Experience Leader to oversee a portfolio of 4–6 retail offices. You will set expectations for consultative service, operational excellence, and team performance while ensuring every location delivers a welcoming, high‑quality client experience.
As a visible, hands‑on leader, you’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals, coordinate staffing and facilities, and drive business results across offices.
