Job description
HNTB is seeking a seasoned leader to manage a Minneapolis office, driving profitability and growth for an organization with up to $40M in annual revenue. You will oversee business development, client engagement, and multi-disciplinary project leadership to deliver strategic infrastructure solutions.
You will build a high-performing team, guide marketing and contract-signing activities, and ensure budgets and cash flow meet financial targets while expanding the client base across the geography.
