Small Door Inc. is seeking a Regional Operations Director based in the Boston area to lead and develop Practice Managers across multiple clinics. You will drive operational excellence, ensure on-brand delivery, and influence budgeting, scheduling, and inventory decisions for a growing veterinary care network.
You will partner with HQ and field teams to scale open markets while maintaining a strong focus on patient care, team development, and a best-in-class member experience.
