Job description
The Regional Director of Operations is responsible for overseeing the operation of assigned long-term care facilities in North Texas, ensuring high-quality medical and psychosocial wellbeing for residents and families.
You will direct overall operations, including service provision, financials, HR, licensure compliance, and census development, while aligning with corporate policies and regulations. Travel across facilities is required as needed.
