Job description
Jobot in Willimantic, CT is seeking a Regional Operations Director for facility and field services across New England. The role combines hands-on leadership with strategic oversight, coordinating dispatch, service flow, inventory, and the integration of acquisitions while maintaining safety and strong P&L discipline.
You’ll travel 75%+ per year, partner with the COO, and drive standardization across branches using NetSuite or ServiceTitan, turning paper processes into scalable platforms.
