Regional Operations Director – Texas – Optometry
SECTR Partners are currently partnered with a growing Optometry company who are looking for an experienced Operations Director to drive organic revenue growth across their Optometry clinics & ASC’s in the Texas region.
Summary of Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of optometry clinics and ASC, ensuring efficient patient flow, staff scheduling, and resource allocation
Manage ASC-specific processes, including surgical scheduling, sterile processing, and compliance with accreditation standards
Supervise clinical and administrative teams, including optometrists, technicians, nurses, and support staff
Ensure adherence to Texas healthcare regulations, HIPAA, OSHA, and optometry/ASC billing guidelines
Collaborate with leadership on budgeting, vendor management, and strategic expansion in Texas markets
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration, Business, or related, MBA preferred
Proven leadership in multi-site healthcare settings
Strong understanding of ASC regulations, optometric practices, and surgical operations
Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
