Job description
ElectriCom, a utility construction company, seeks an Operations Director to lead the Regional Midwest operations across Arkansas, Tennessee, Oklahoma or Louisiana. You will drive safety, financial performance, and business development while building strong customer relationships through effective leadership.
You will head an internal team capable of supporting up to $20M in annual revenue, manage budgets, and coordinate with central offices. Travel up to 50% is required.
