Job description
Kinder Morgan is seeking an Operations Lead in Newport News, VA to guide the region's facility Group toward safety, quality and environmental excellence while ensuring profitability. You will supervise a team, develop bench strength, and drive objectives with a focus on reliability and continuous improvement.
You will manage budgets, coordinate with Commercial staff, and oversee regulatory compliance across multiple sites, traveling as required to support regional operations.
