Job description
BayMark Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of treatment centers across Ohio, located in TN or AL for the role.
You will supervise Treatment Center Directors and ensure clinical, financial, and operational success while driving growth and ensuring compliant, high-quality patient care. The role requires a proven leadership track, multisite operations experience, and the ability to travel up to 75%.
