Job description
KidStrong is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee 3–5 centers in the region, ensuring brand standards, class quality, safety, and financial performance. You will coach and develop General Managers, lead cross-site initiatives, and drive growth through events and community engagement.
You will partner with the Area Developer to implement programs, manage staffing, and uphold KidStrong’s culture and values across all locations, traveling regionally as needed.
