Job description
Novolex is seeking a senior operations leader to oversee 5+ warehouse/distribution facilities in the US region. You will drive productivity, cost savings and network optimization while managing safety, quality and customer delivery targets.
You’ll lead cross-functional teams, develop staff, and ensure alignment with the logistics vision. The role requires 10+ years in distribution/logistics management, strong leadership, and experience with WMS/JDA Red Prairie and SAP ERP.
