Job description
Target Optical is seeking a Regional Manager to lead a multi-location team in the Minneapolis area. You will drive profitable regional sales and ensure a simple, fun, in-style guest experience across stores.
You will recruit, train and coach team members, partner with store doctors and hosts, and uphold marketing programs while delivering high standards in merchandising and operations.
