Target Optical is hiring a Regional Manager to drive profitable regional sales and deliver the Brand Promise: Simple, Fun, and In-Style. You will lead an entrepreneurial team across stores, partnering with store teams and doctors to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
This role requires a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of retail management with multi-unit experience, and strong coaching, recruitment, and communication skills.
