Job description
Florida Democrats are seeking Regional Organizing Directors to lead field organizer teams and build the volunteer infrastructure needed to win this November. You will train organizers, coach volunteers, and coordinate canvasses and phonebanks across a broad region to maximize impact.
The role requires strong leadership, data-driven decision making, and excellent communication in a high‑tempo campaign. This is a fulltime position through November 2026 with a compensation package that includes
