Job description
PathGroup is seeking a Regional Patient Services Manager in Wisconsin to oversee phlebotomy services, logistics, client services and specimen management across regions. This role drives team motivation, performance, and adherence to SOPs while coordinating between sales and phlebotomy to ensure on-time completion of PSC and IOP activities.
The position requires travel to client locations on short notice, strong leadership, and experience in healthcare operations.
