Job description
PM Pediatric Care seeks a Regional Clinical Manager to lead provider training, onboarding, and ongoing education across MD locations. You will ensure culture alignment, quality, and safety while optimizing schedules and engagement with regional teams.
Responsibilities include onboarding new providers, managing interviews, addressing clinical performance, and mentoring staff to uphold high standards of care. The role requires on-site presence at Laurel, Rockville, and Germantown locations.
