Job description
Panda Restaurant Group Inc. is seeking a People Operations Business Partner to act as a strategic HR partner to Operations leadership in the Minneapolis region. You will develop staffing plans, coach management, and facilitate People Planning while traveling locally 25-50% as needed.
The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of HR experience, including generalist responsibilities in employee relations, training, and recruiting. A valid Food Handler's Card within 30 days is required.
