Job description
Influencer is seeking a People Partner to support the charge and curate the best possible experiences for Influencer employees. Working with the People Director, you will help shape and implement a global people strategy, delivering an outstanding employee lifecycle experience from candidate contact through departure.
You will form deep partnerships with department heads, scale the People function for growth, and manage onboarding, benefits, payroll, HRIS (HiBob) and ATS (Team Tailor).
