Job description
Hours: 40/week
Pay:
Gross Weekly - Upto $3800/Week
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage pharmacy department operations.
Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate pharmacy services and costs.
Prepare and dispense medications and assess patient clinical status.
Provide drug information to physicians and healthcare teams.
Educate patients and support optimal medication therapy.
Supervise staff and ensure quality, efficient pharmacy services.
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered Oregon Pharmacist License.
Leadership experience required.
Minimum 2 years pharmacist experience OR qualifying residency/leadership experience.
BLS and ACLS required.
EPIC experience preferred.
Strong pharmacy management and clinical skills.
