Job description
A division of a global publicly traded company is confidentially seeking a Regional Plant Controller to support a multi-site manufacturing operation.
This role is manufacturing finance first, accounting second, serving as a key business partner to operations leadership to improve cost performance, margins, and plant-level decision making.
Regional Controller Responsibilities
Serve as the primary finance partner to plant leadership, providing insights on productivity, scrap, labor efficiency, and manufacturing cost drivers
Lead plant financial forecasting, budgeting, and operational performance reporting
Drive cost accounting, manufacturing variance analysis, and inventory analytics
Support pricing, quoting, and profitability analysis across product lines
Monitor working capital, inventory levels, and capital investment performance
Strengthen financial controls and support month-end close activities
Improve reporting, dashboards, and ERP-driven financial visibility
Ideal Background
9+ years of experience in manufacturing finance / plant accounting environments
Strong experience with cost accounting and manufacturing variance analysis
Proven ability to partner with operations leaders and influence plant performance
