Job description
Jacksonville Housing is seeking a Regional Portfolio Manager of LIHTC/RAD/Market Properties to oversee operations, compliance, and performance of a portfolio in the Jacksonville area.
You will lead property managers, develop strategic plans, monitor budgets, and ensure high occupancy while maintaining resident satisfaction. A strong background in LIHTC/RAD and relevant certifications, plus a valid Florida driver’s license, is required.
