Job description
Fairstead ESC LLC seeks a Regional Property Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a growing property portfolio across their region, implementing policies and practices to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve performance targets.
The role requires two years of Regional Property Manager experience, proficiency in YARDI and RealPage, and oversight of REAC and MOR inspections, with excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
