Job description
Avenue5 is seeking a regional manager to lead the operations of multiple properties across the San Francisco area. You will work with property leadership to ensure excellent resident experiences, strong budget control, lease administration, and timely reporting.
You will oversee vendor contracts, maintenance, safety programs, and risk management, while mentoring associates, coordinating marketing efforts with the Avenue5 team, and driving ownership-level results aligned with company standards.
