Job description
USA Properties Fund, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager, Property Management to oversee a Bay Area portfolio including San Jose, Santa Clara, Marina, and Morgan Hill from Roseville area.
This exempt, full-time role reports to the Senior Regional Manager and will require leading district and community managers, driving budgets, and ensuring policy compliance. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in regional supervision, strong knowledge of tax credit and HUD programs, and willingness to travel
