Fairgrove Property Management is seeking a Regional Manager to lead operations for a portfolio of properties in Southern California. The role directs on-site teams, implements policies, and drives performance to meet or exceed financial targets.
The position requires 10+ years of multi-site experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with cloud-based software and MS Office 365. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus on scalable property operations and team development.
