Job description
Fairstead is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee multiple communities in the Louisville, KY region. You will manage day-to-day operations, leasing plans, budgets, and resident relations to meet budgeted goals and performance targets.
Ideal candidates bring two years of regional property management experience and strong skills in YARDI and RealPage, with a track record in REAC/MOR inspections and HUD compliance. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits.
