Job description
GCHP is seeking a Regional Property Manager in New Orleans to drive financial performance and oversee the portfolio’s condition and marketability. You will lead a team of property managers, assistant managers, leasing agents and maintenance staff to achieve owner objectives.
Responsibilities include managing affordable housing programs (LIHTC, HOME, Section 8, HUD), budgeting, lease ups, compliance, and marketing while building strong relationships with investor partners.
