Job description
USA Properties Fund, Inc. invites applications for Regional Manager, Property Management for Roseville/Sacramento and Bay Area portfolio. The role supervises a growing portfolio including San Jose, Santa Clara, Marina, Morgan Hill, with expansion planned in Fremont.
Travel to Bay Area communities and to Roseville for meetings is required. You will hire, train, and lead district and community managers, balance budgets, review contracts, and ensure consistent property operations.
