National Church Residences is seeking a Regional Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of affordable communities across Indiana, SW Ohio, and Columbus, OH. You will lead on-site teams, drive operating performance, ensure compliance, and uphold the mission to enrich residents' lives.
You will recruit and develop Property Managers, monitor budgets and occupancy, and collaborate with senior leadership to achieve NOI targets while maintaining high standards of resident satisfaction and regulatory
