Regional QHSEW Manager

Trevett Facilities Recruitment USA have partnered with a leading Facilities Management firm who are seeking an experienced Regional QHSEW Manager to join their team in Atlanta, GA .

This role is responsible for leading and supporting Quality, Health, Safety, Environmental and Wellbeing initiatives across FM contracts in the Americas.

This role combines operational oversight, consultancy, auditing, and leadership, with a strong focus on managing H&S and compliance through a third-party supply chain.

Key Responsibilities

Provide regional leadership for QHSEW across FM contracts in the Americas

Support high-risk client sites in Texas

Deliver H&S consultancy, including compliance audits, legal registers, and HSE programs

Conduct internal QHSEW audits (remote and on-site)

Input into internal processes, continuous improvement, and RFPs

Manage and mentor one direct report supporting a global client

Ensure compliance with local and regional HSE legislation

Education & Experience

Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field

(or Diploma-level H&S qualification such as CSP, NEBOSH Diploma, ASP/CHST/OHST)

Proven HSE management experience, ideally within FM/real estate / O&G / petrochemical environments

Strong knowledge of US OSHA and Canadian OSH regulations

Experienced in auditing, compliance documentation, and contractor H&S management

Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Risk assessment and mitigation

HSE legal and regulatory compliance

Auditing and reporting

Supply chain H&S management

Process improvement in high-risk environments
