Experience in quality, operations, manufacturing, or regulated environments, with knowledge of quality management, continuous improvement principles, and tobacco quality considered a plus.

Experience supporting KPI reporting, BI dashboards, scorecards, and quality performance reviews, including data visualization and performance monitoring.

Strong analytical experience interpreting quality, consumer complaint, and operational data, applying statistical thinking to identify trends, variation, risks, emerging issues, and improvement opportunities.

Experience working with databases, reporting systems, data validation, report accuracy controls, and data models, including automating reports and streamlining recurring reporting processes.

Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools such as Power BI, SQL, Power Query, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.

Experience with consumer complaint trending, CPB/CPM analysis, threshold monitoring, or quality performance governance, with knowledge of tobacco products, quality systems, regulatory expectations, consumer-centric quality principles, and TPMP requirements preferred.
