Job description
Novelis in the United States is seeking a Regional CoE Lead - Progressive Quality to drive regional deployment of Progressive Quality standards across a multi-site manufacturing network. You will establish governance routines, define process ownership, and coach plant teams to improve process stability and reduce quality losses.
This role requires a strong Lean Six Sigma background, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, and the ability to influence without direct authority.
