Job description
Jersey Mike's is seeking a District Manager for the Pensacola area to supervise 9+ locations and uphold our standards across operations. This full-time senior management role requires setting clear expectations for General Managers and maintaining a people-first culture across restaurants.
The DM will oversee training, staff development, P&L reviews, safety audits, and performance evaluations, with travel between stores and a demanding schedule.
