Job description
Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Regional Leader of Restaurants (RLR) to direct and operate restaurants within a designated region. This field-based role is fully accountable for region-wide results, growth, profitability and people management.
You will coach Area Business Unit teams, oversee regional marketing, training and recruiting, and ensure operations align with Raising Cane’s vision and values.
