Job description
Carnes is seeking a District Manager in Lumberton, North Carolina, to effectively lead and develop Restaurant General Managers and Assistant Managers. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of restaurant management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
The District Manager will ensure all restaurants meet objectives and provide quality service, while also managing training and performance evaluations.
In addition, essential certifications such as Serve Safe are required for this position.
