Job description
Sunflower Bank is seeking a driven Retail Regional Manager for our Santa Fe, NM location. The role partners with the Managing Director of Retail to drive sales, elevate the customer experience, and develop the regional sales staff through ongoing training and coaching.
You will set and monitor sales plans with branch teams, report performance weekly, and ensure compliance and operational standards across the region.
