Job description
Citizens Bank is seeking a Retail Regional Branch Manager in Pennsylvania to lead a network of branches, coach branch managers, and drive sales, service, and profitability while ensuring a branded customer experience.
You will translate regional priorities into branch plans, manage P&L, build a high-performing team, and engage with partners to sustain community growth. Regular travel within the region and flexible scheduling are expected.
